My Compass

My yoke is easy, My burden is light. These are words of the One whom I have given charge over my life. I like it. Simple, to the point, heavy and complicated is not His way. Its easy to spend time with Him, easy to read His words and let them comfort my soul, easy to do right when it is Him who has taken punishment for all I ever did wrong. Its easier to trust than to fear because it takes less energy to trust. His yoke is easy, when He is in charge. Better than that though. He didn't want to be just Master, He chose rather to be Papa to all who come in to the house. I am His  girl now, in His house, with everything I need at my fingertips. He has chosen to be equal to me in some respects that I might feel so very comfortable in His family, adopted forever, living out the life of an easy yoke and light burden. Jesus is the Way to this wonderful life. I am glad someone told me.

Losing the pounds

This one subject is more popular these days than ever! Small steps with support is one way to be successful. This is my success story so far. 20# last fall over4 months and still keeping it off. I never have been able before so I am stoked! What do you use? Would love to hear from my readers!
